Reservation Rules & Policies:
- All rates are in Thai Baht and are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% taxes.
- All rooms come with Free in-room Wi-Fi, Large flat screen TV, DVD player, and Microwave
- Guarantee by credit card
- We encourage using our booking facility as rooms will be confirmed instantly through the system. Reservation number will be given once the payment is made by credit card.
- Alternatively, reservation can be made via email. E-hotel voucher will be sent after the payment has been successful and voucher can be printed out and present it to the hotel upon check in.
- Transfer rate: Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport – Hotel @ THB 999.- per car per way (Maximum 2 people) or @ THB 1,499.- per van per way (Maximum 7 people).
Cancellation Rules & Policy:
Cancellation
- Cancellation during must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival or penalty 1 night.
No Show & Early Check-out
- In case of NO Show, there is a minimum penalty charge of one night.
Early Check-out
- Early Check-out with reasonable cause is possible but will incur a fee. The minimum early check out charge is one night.
Refunds
- Refunds will be made either by bank transfer or to the credit card to which the payment was charged. There is an administration fee of 10%, which will be charged on the refunded amount.
Breakfast :
- Breakfast is served from 6.30 am - 11.00am at the coffee shop. The breakfast is additional charge for room only at 300 baht per person.
Child Policy:
- Child at the age of 4 – 11 years old, sharing the same room with parents without requiring an extra bed only pay for ABF @THB 200. Child age 12 years or older will be required to pay for an extra bed 1,200 baht.
Check-in and Check-out Time:
- Check-in Time: 1400 Hrs
- Check-out Time: 1200 Hrs (noon)
